Strictly Stretch
Strictly Stretch is a 30 minute whole body stretching class to the sounds of relaxing music. We start standing, work our way to seated and then lying stretches, stretching all muscle groups with no rush, and holding each stretch for a good amount of time as to allow the muscles to stretch and relax. Please bring a yoga mat and/or a towel for this class to make it more comfortable once we are stretching in the floor portion.
